The Challenge ​
Although Mitra Bumma had successfully raised grants in the past, they wanted to move beyond a single capital source. The goal was to design a capital strategy that would not only sustain their operations but also expand their support for local Indigenous communities. They aspired to incubate new businesses and evolve into a holistic business partner for their stakeholders.
How We Helped​​
We developed a comprehensive fundraising plan that introduced a blended finance structure alongside stepwise future pathways to build the ideal support ecosystem. This included the creation of new entities, identifying the most efficient capital and corporate structure to raise investment, and laying out a clear investment action plan with key considerations for execution.
