With more than 50 active investments, Planet Rise’s founder faced the challenge of staying on top of governance, financial performance, and impact updates. Without a structured system, too much energy went into tracking details rather than focusing on what mattered most: helping founders. The lack of streamlined processes risked slowing down his ability to engage effectively and support entrepreneurs.

How We Helped

We built a tailored management system for Planet Rise that centralized oversight of all 50+ investments. Our support included handling financial and impact reporting, creating a process for ongoing updates, and ensuring information was always at the founder’s fingertips. By putting systems in place, we freed him to focus his energy on mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs — while having the clarity and facts he needed for decision-making.
