Impact Investment Analyst
Location: Singapore
Duration: Full-time
We are in search of an enthusiastic, conscientious, and organized individual to join Mana Impact as an Impact Investment Analyst. The role of the analyst is to support a number of projects and tasks both internally within Mana as well as for our clients.
Job responsibilities include:

Conduct research, due diligence and analysis on investment opportunities across numerous asset classes including private equity and private debt.

Originate impact investment opportunities and present them in weekly pipeline meeting.

Write investment briefs on potential investment opportunities.

Contribute to the maintenance and growth of the deal flow database.

Monitor client investment portfolio performance (ESG, impact, and financial metrics) and update client data portals accordingly.

Work closely with the firm's network of clients, advisors and partners
Key Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a candidate with superb attitude who approaches projects and issues as a problem solver. The position requires that the candidate is a good team player who can work across multiple countries and generally possesses positive energy.
The candidate should have a genuine interest in nature, the environment and climate change, as well as always being curious and have a willingness to learn. We are also looking for someone who is a self-starter and willing to working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment with moving client objectives and targets.
As the position is at the intersection between finance and impact; we are open to applications from either the financial / investment sector if you have a sincere interest in impact or social change. Similarly, we are also open to accept applications from candidates with backgrounds in the natural- or social sciences, provided you have had concrete finance experience.

Excellent English writing and communication skills. Knowledge of Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai or Tagalog is also useful.
